I'm washing the windows of our house one-at-a-time. Actually it was one-room-at-a-time for about a room and a half.
Systems Engineering would have me wash all windows from all rooms so that peak efficiency might be gained. But what about the desires of my other home-dwellers?
The legal system interprets just action as "doing that which is right so all windows will receive the same cleaning." It is ludicrous to think the people who live behind windowless-walls are really being served by such a mindset as systems engineering.
